Gear Junkie Gear Giveaway Rules

Entering the Gear Giveaway contest automatically signs you up to receive the Gear Junkie e-newsletter. Signing up will not enter your email into any third-party spam list or any other email list other than a legitimate list that is owned or approved by Monopoint Media LLC, the company that runs TheGearJunkie.com LLC. To opt out of our list at any time, every email sent by Monopoint Media LLC or TheGearJunkie.com LLC will have a link to unsubscribe

You must be at least 18 years old to enter our giveaway.

How To Enter: Fill out the giveaway form completely. Giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. You only need to enter your name once; we'll use our list of entrants to draw our weekly winner. Anyone who has won in the past year will be ineligible from winning for another calendar year. If any duplicate instances occur in our database, the most current one will be used. In order to win, we must be able to contact you, so it would be in your best interest to fill out the form fully, but if you're worried about giving away info online (we all are), your first and last name, along with a valid email address is sufficient.

Any submission of false or inaccurate information will result in the disqualification. If you don't claim your prize within four days another name will be drawn.

Prize: This is an ongoing giveaway. Prize given is described/pictured on main giveaway page. There will be only 1 prize given per week.

Winner: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the date specified above, onward throughout the year. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. Winner will be notified via email. If winner is unreachable or the information submitted cannot be confirmed within 7 days the prize will be forfeited to an alternate winner. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

By accepting a prize, each winner releases TheGearJunkie.com LLC, Monopoint Media LLC, and their respected employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any prize awarded. By entering this giveaway, entrants accept and agree to these rules. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his/her name for advertising this or similar promotions and allow us to post your name on our site†as the winner of our giveaway without further compensation. Winner agrees to release TheGearJunkie.com LLC and Monopoint Media LLC of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize.
